Our laboratories provide quality clinical laboratory testing services throughout our North and South Carolina service areas.  Through our managing shareholder, Synermed Select Partners, we provide lab management, consultation and high quality instruments and products.  Our products fall into several categories: Our Clinical Chemistry products include unique liquid-stable reagents that are free of chromic interference with applications for a variety of instruments, to include Hitachi^® MIRA^®, Olympus^®, Beckman^® and other open chemistry systems. We also provide refurbished clinical chemistry instruments, and service for our products. Select Hematology products are industry standard, widely used and are extremely cost effective. We offer a variety of hematology analyzers that range in size meeting the needs of both small and large labs.

Select has alliances and partnerships with industry leaders in connectivity, seamless bi-directional data-flow, applications and network structure and security. Antek Healthware and Lifepoint Informatix are key among these affiliations.
