Select Labs use state-of-the-art SSL and 254 bit data encryption protocols to ensure confidentiality and HIPPA compliance regarding patient  demographics, results, insurance information and other sensitive material.

Select has laboratories located in Greensboro, Raleigh, North Carolina and central South Carolina.  Our services are utilized by over 300 physicians and other providers.

Our business has been successful with a strategy of excellent service coupled with favorable pricing. Our model is especially attractive to non-insured or otherwise underserved patients.

At our South Carolina location, our client base takes us to markets that are primarily rural and economically challenged. Patient care is our first priority.  Manning, SC is home to our newest facility, which opened April 9, 2007.
